Fangding machine is unique in China.We have the most professional R & D, production, sales and after-sales team .For EVA glass laminating machine, we usually have specification 2000x3000mm, 2200x3200mm,2200x3660mm and 2440x3660mm.For different capacity, the design of two, three and four layers can be chosen.
The 4 layers machine divides into double independent system, the upper 2 layers as a independent system, lower 2 layers as another independent system. Each system can work independent, do not affect each other, that means you can do different kinds of glass at the same time, for example, do tempered laminated glass in upper system, do curved laminated glass in lower system.

Direction for use
1. Prepare two pieces of glass sheets and same
size EVA film in the middle of the two pieces of glass.
2. Put the prepared glass sheets onto the tray
and then push into the furnace.
3. After the machine working for about 2
hours, pull out the trays, and cool the glass.
4. Get the glass out from the silicone bags.
